| We have 1 large bedroom for rent. Semi private bathroom (I don’t use it). Shared living room- option of a secondary living room space if you set it up, shared kitchen, dinning room. Large backyard with a fire pit. Parking space for 2 and street parking. 1 adult females and one 7 year old girl living here. 2 dogs and 4 cats. All super social. 1 dog is a puppy and still in training. I keep my home tidy, I’m a student, im a Single mother, I love being the man of my home and would prefer someone who could co exist quietly. I don’t mind occasional parties when my child isn’t home. I’m weed friendly (outside only). I am overall quiet and practise gentle parenting so our house isn’t a screaming match. We are located in Charleswood on Bergman crescent . $1000 all inclusive (you cover your food) Will send a video of the room and bathroom , current tenant is moving Out.
