| Single occupancy only for mature female of the Christian faith in the lovely quiet friendly neighbourhood of Glenelm (just north of downtown). The bedroom is on the upstairs floor with a large west facing window. Currently the room is furnished but bed, desk, chair, lamps, and mirror will be removed upon occupancy. Address: 58 Noble Ave. Landlord owns the house and lives here with 2 other long standing roommates. Excellent for working professional or busy student. Must be neat, clean, respectful, and quiet. Rent of $500 includes utilities and internet. Shared house supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, and cleaning supplies are extra and split among roommates. Weekly shared cleaning responsibilities. Deposit of $250 is required and will be returned upon completed checkout list and cleaning. Will share main floor common spaces with two roommates and one roommate lives in a contained suite in the basement, but regularly visits upstairs. We are all working professionals and sometimes host friends and family and roommate nights. Missions, worship, prayer, communication, honesty, love, respect, and community are important values to our house. No pets, no smoking, no drugs. References required. Possible availability in July but by September 2024 for sure. Room includes a large closet and curtains. Shared bathroom, living room, and new kitchen/dining area. Shared upstairs attic storage (access for all roommates). Also includes shared washer/dryer and large freezer in basement. Lovely sunroom in backyard. Room for gardening and some storage in garage and access to a BBQ (shared propane expense). Ample street parking for a vehicle. Close to: University of Winnipeg, major bus stops, lots of free street parking and generally safe and friendly neighbourhood, just off of Henderson Hwy, grocery stores not far (Fresco, Sobeys, Shoppers, No Frills), 5 minute bus ride to downtown and bus transfers, beautiful parks, 5 min drive to Regent area, 15 minute drive to Polo Park.
