| I’m a student at the University of Manitoba and I am looking for a roommate (hopefully a full-time fellow student from the University of Manitoba as well, who doesn’t keep any pets) to sign the lease with me at the Halo Apartments for one year. (Male student preferred, but female is also acceptable to me and is welcomed, if you don’t mind) It’s available for July move in. The lease ends on June 30, 2025. $905 of security deposit is required. It’s a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment suite, we have our respective room spaces. Apartment comes unfurnished! You have to have your own furniture such as bedframe, mattress, desk and chair. Utilities such as hydro and water are included in the rent price, only WIFI is extra. Close to gas station, McDonald’s, Shoppers, Sobeys and Dollarama. Bus stop is right downstairs (BLUE, 91) and 6 minutes’ walk to 662. Located in beautiful South Winnipeg, near the University of Manitoba, rapid transit, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy all the modern amenities of a brand-new building including fitness center, roof terrace, patio, common room and 5-star lobby. Indoor car wash, secure parking (with options for both above-ground and underground parking) and bike storage are available if you have any vehicles. Convenient waste disposal located on each floor.
