| Hello! We are a local housing co-op searching for new individuals to join our collective. The house is a huge 3-storey building on Balmoral Street, pet friendly, with front and back yard space for hangouts, gardening, bonfires etc, located quick walking distance to Osborne Village, downtown, the University of Winnipeg, and major bus routes. Currently we have 2 rooms available. Ideally, we're looking for students or young professionals who are personable, tidy, and responsible, willing to take part in household chores and decisions, and who can appreciate the advantages that a co-op has to offer over landlord/tenant rental housing.
