Close to University of Winnipeg, Red River College as well as University of Manitoba Bannatyne Campus. Located in trendy Wolseley neighbourhood near Sherbrook restaurants and local shops on Westminster and Wolseley Ave.. Short distance to the heart of downtown, the Forks and Osborne village. House hold fully vaccinated and so must be anyone coming to live in our home. We are a smoke and vape free home. No smokers or vaper’s. Face masks, hand sanitizer and general cleaning soaps/detergents provided. Personal hygiene products (toothpaste, shampoo, body soaps, etc.) are individual tenants responsibility. Home consists of 3 levels (Basement, Main Floor, 2nd Floor), with full bathroom and fireplace on each. Rent: $700 CDN/month, Basement, South West Bedroom. Included: High speed cabled internet, Wifi, Utilities, Cable TV package, on-site washer/dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided), bed linens, towels, limited storage available in garage, Bi-weekly room/house cleaning (by a service). Main floor: Shared kitchen with dishwasher (detergent provided), fridge, stove, microwave (pots/pans, dishes provided). Common area living room (with TV and natural gas fireplace), Shared dining room, Shared sunroom w/piano and screened in deck, Shared student bathroom (toilet paper provided). Basement: Shared kitchen with fridge, hot plate, microwave (pots/pans, dishes provided). Getting Around: 30 min walk to University of Winnipeg. One bus (#10 bus) to University of Winnipeg and Red River College. 2 min. walk to #10 bus. 5 min walk to Portage Avenue and main bus routes. 2 buses to University of Manitoba (main campus). Neighbourhood convenience store, Food Mart Grocery Store, 711, Tim Hortons and Subway all walking distance, as well as trendy restaurants, And local shops. Polo Park Shopping Mall, 20 min. walk. Pet(s): 2 cats and 140lb Great Dane who visits. Looking for clean, responsible, respectful and integral tenant(s). Primary rule: Respect the home and the people who live there. Security deposit of half month’s rent and first month’s rent required at time of contract signing. Full house rules are outlined in the rental agreement. I live on the 2nd floor, utilizing main floor shared kitchen.
