My roommate will be moving out by the end of June so I am looking for a female roommate to move in in July 1st. We are in a great location: Safe and quiet area, walking distance to Corydon Avenue, Safeway at Osborne and River, shops, drugstores, bars and restaurants. Beautiful view of the Assiniboine river. Great bus connections. Parking spot available. Common areas are shared: Washroom, kitchen and living room. Laundry room in the building. Rent is 850$ per person, due the 1st of each month. I am the lease holder. All bills included (water, heat, hydro and Internet). Room is unfurnished. Non-pet-friendly building. Non-smokers only. Available July 1st.
