| Hey! There’s one bedroom available for rent in this 2 bedroom apartment on August 1, 2024. The apartment will be suitable for UofM students as it’s close to UofM. But anyone is welcome. Rent is $632, water, heat and one parking stall included. Hydro is the tenants rsponsibility to pay. The suite is connected to Bell MTS wi-fi which costs $25.20 per month. The amenities are in-suite laundry (dryer and washing machine), dish washer and AC. The building is pet friendly for cats and small dogs, if you have a furry friend. I also like animals but I don’t own any. It’s located on Markham road. The nearest bus stations are the blue transit. Bus 60,662, 676 and 693. NOTE: References are required. Also, an application has to be submitted to the landlord. If anyone is interested dm me and we can arrange a suitable meet and greet to get to know each other and a viewing of the suite.
