| no pictures as of right now but soon. move in would be august or sooner. Im looking to rent out one bedroom in my house to someone respectable, clean and organized. students or girl preferred. no overnight guests. house will sometimes be getting small renovations/repairs by me and will be minimal or perhaps done at time your out of house as in painting/drywall repairs/ window casings. house is not in complete finish stage pictures will give better understanding. furnished house and is welcome to use furnishings i just ask take care as if your own home please. everything in house will be shared besides two rooms being off limits(mechanical room, storage room)cleaning duties will be split 50/50 and required weekly -washroom/vacuum/mop floors in shared rooms all amenities internet, hydro,water,sewer is included. garbage and recycling is my responsibility for disposing of. yard maintenance and snow removal is also included. house features newer appliances, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge all stainless steel, newer shower with glass doors. big yard 2.2 acres surround by big trees yard has apple tree and raspberry bushes around property. im open to pets but prefer not. i do have bengal cat that roams as he pleases but very friendly. one shed will be included as well for storage. plenty of parking space but no garage.portable shelter is allowed if your prefer at your expense. this is located off major road ways but only km or so from pavement Dawson rd location is la coulee. im fairly quiet myself i do like listen music sometimes loud but i can adjust that. rarely do i have people over and if there is its family. i dont party or do drugs and want someone with similar lifestyle. please message me talk further of any questions.rent is not firm depending cirumstance thank you |
