All vet checked and have vet records to references and from landlord/roommate . Need fenced yard. Garage or shed. Have tools and garden tools and need storage and space to do some art projects. I am clean and quiet, keep to myself. Need a bug free and mice free house, to share . Like to garden and cut grass and I come from the farm. Use to be a vet technician too.
