Looking for quiet, respectful, tenants who will respect the property and neighbourhood; accustomed to rural living, composting, and wood heat. $900/ month plus utilities. If ad is up it is still available. -At least 2 full rental references required. -Proof of Income required. -6 month lease (enquire). -Damage deposit required. -Yard maintenance and snow removal subject to the tenants is also required. -Space for 1-2 vehicles (max) No parties, no drugs, no smoking.
