| I am looking for someone to sublet a bedroom in our three-bedroom, one-bath suite in Gordon Head from the beginning of May to the end of August (move in date is flexible and could start around April 20th). You will be living with two female roommates, both 21 and UVic students. They are both clean, respectable, social, and enjoy having friends over but understand being able to have space and quiet time when needed. The bedroom will be left furnished with a bed, dresser, mirror, and desk. Rent will be $1100/month including wifi and utilities. There is laundry in suite. There is parking available if needed, and a large outdoor area that you will have access to. We are located just off Mackenzie, close to multiple bus stops, with about a 6 minute walk to the 12, 26, 24 and 17 lines. Please send me a message with a bit about yourself if you are interested!
