Full size kitchen, living room and bathroom. Bathroom has a fantastic tub and shower. Large private room overlooking the garden. Approx 11x13ft. Spacious closet! Potentially comes with a great desk, dresser & bookshelf but can also be unfurnished. You will need your own bed. It's a 2 bedroom. Smoking is ok outside only. The property has a large beautiful backyard with a pond. Storage for a bicycle. It's about a 3 minute walk to the bus or 5-10 min walk to the organic grocery store or in the opposite direction, the plaza with everything you need such as Thrifty Foods, etc. About a 10-15 minutes drive to downtown or approximately a 30 minute bus ride. Must love cats as I have one. More photos to come. The house is furnished but I would love some input & I'm not opposed to switching things up a bit! About me: I'm nonbinary & in my 30's. I'm a bit shy at first unless we really click. I'm neurodiverse (ADHD & ASD) & have suffered multiple TBI's so I need to live with someone kind who can understand that. I'm happy to keep to myself if you prefer or hang out if you wish. I have a diverse array of hobbies but I'm also guilty of indulging in anime or tv marathons I love nature and architecture Most of all, I love animals & I get a lot of joy from volunteering.
