| Seeking a clean, community-minded, kind and creative person to become our third roommate in the lower level suite of a house. Your potential future housemates are a 35 year old man who’s only here part-time and works 3 days/week on the mainland as an engineer, and a 39 year old woman who works from home and does a lot of partner dancing. We live next to UVic, have lots of storage, two bathrooms (showers, no tub), laundry, dishwasher, and a big backyard. Rent is $800/month plus a share of utilities and wifi. The bedroom is unfurnished and the rest of the home is furnished. We are kind, creative, have healthy, active lifestyles and looking for someone who shares these values. We are seeking either a fulltime student or someone who works outside of the house. Please send a personable intro to who you are, including your age and how you spend your time . No dogs.
