| Hey everyone, my current roomate will be moving out at the end of January so I am looking for someone to replace him for February 1st. The apt has 2patios(each accessible from the living room and bedrooms), 1 and a half bath and a dishwasher. It does not have in suite laundry but there is a laundry room on every floor! The building also contains a gym, pool and two saunas as well as underground parking which is extra($60) Rent includes heat and hot water( It's $1098 each or $1038 without a car) so the bills are just electricity and internet. It's right next to the Thriftys in the heart of James Bay as well as doctors, dentists, vet, restaurants the list goes on... It is also right next to a bus stop and 12min walking distance to town. Beacon hill park as well as Ogden point and the beach are right down the street! I'm in my 30's and preferably looking for someone in a similar bracket. Virtually everything in the place is mine so all you would have to furnish would be your own bedroom! That being said I'm not totally opposed to switching out some of my furniture. Looking for someone who is laid back and likes to enjoy the BC life.It is also pet friendly! |
