| Available on 1st December . Looking for one male working professional / student to share this property in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, living room and shared bath with an independent bedroom. Person Needs to be clean, mature , respectful, no smoking, no vaping and no parties and no loud noises. The property is 2 bhk and located on the first floor. Rent will be $965 and this is a master bedroom . All you need is to come with ur bags. Hydro , wifi , heating , dishwasher, laundry is included in the rent and street parking is available. It’s comfortable and spacious and has separate entrance to the suite. Lease is already signed, we prefer a person who can atleast stay for 6 months. Mattress and bed frame is available. Table , chair and book shelf belongs to my roommate because he is a uvic student Bus route: 27 right next to the house, very close to uvic and direct bus to hillside mall and downtown. 2 References will be needed |
