| Share a view home with retired female and one other. I have a very small non barking dog who loves everyone! I do not want another pet. The room is fully furnished and includes all utilities at $800 month. Limited parking. There is no smoking or overnight guests. We have quiet hours after 930pm. This is a very tranquil home looking for a quiet person, prefer a female but male also welcome. It is bike distance to UVIC. We overlook Mt Tolmie with fantastic views of Mt Baker and the water.
