It is just around the corner from the Dallas Road walkway, is walking distance to shopping, the trendy Cook Street Village, Beacon Hill Park, and numerous amenities. It is just steps from two bus stops which provide quick and easy access to downtown and the University of Victoria. Tranquil with large south facing windows, it is furnished with attention to detail and comfort (it is my personal home when I am not traveling)! The unit has a large screen TV, wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit stacking washer/drier, dishwasher, granite counters, bamboo floors, with access to a private outdoor patio and garden as well as a walk-out deck from the dining room. As well as the pillow-top queen sized bed in the bedroom there is a pull out sofa in the living room for occasional guests. All linens are included, and all you need to bring is your suitcase! It is best suited for an adult single or couple, non-smoker/s (of any substances) who have no pets, and for those who are able to provide references. Tenant insurance is required. Rent is $2250 per month, which includes internet and a generous hydro allowance based on past usage, with the meter being read on arrival and departure. It is available from the beginning of October to the end of March, and there is some flexibility on arrival and departure dates. |
