| Two gay men (a couple) have a beautifully furnished bedroom and lounge space for rent, available immediately. We would prefer a 6 month minimum rental. Extensions to the term may be made by mutual agreement. The ROOM IS HUGE, BRAND NEW, features private ensuite bath and laundry. Cooking facilities are included. We are looking for someone who will appreciate and respect the antique furnishing in the space and who will be a quiet addition to our home. We like our privacy and you will have yours. The bedroom has a king size bed and antique dressers. Adjoining lounge is fully furnished. All utilities and WIFI included but we don’t have cable. The space is carpeted and quiet. Bus service at the end of the block. Shopping is a 7 minute walk. The entrance is not totally private but access is direct from the front door of the house to the lower level where the room is situated. If you are looking for a very nice dwelling place in a fabulous location near Fisherman’s Wharf and downtown, this is the place for you. Interviews will be conducted. Formal rental agreement to be signed. Rent is payable on or before the 1st of each month. Damage deposit equal to one month rent is required (refunded after you vacate if all is in fine form).
