| Seeking a family in need of a fully furnished home from September 1 until May 31. We are looking to rent to one family for the entire period we will be away. It will be fully furnished including the kitchen. Please only contact us if you're looking for this sort of set up. Four bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, large closets and en suite four piece bathroom. Two of the additional bedrooms have double beds, the fourth bedroom has a single bed. One of the rooms has a trundle bed which pulls out to accommodate sleepovers etc. A two piece bathroom is shared by these three bedrooms. Th house is fully renovated, the most recent renovations to the downstairs are just two years old--new floors, new kitchen, new pantry, new dining room cabinetry. The backyard has a lovely garden and lawn which will be taken care of by the gardener. The house is on a nice leafy street in a quiet neighbourhood very short walk to all the amenities of Oak Bay Avenue. It is around the corner from Red Barn (small grocer store), Home Hardware, two excellent cafés as well as restaurants and other conveniences. It is an excellent house for a family, just a short walk to any of the neighbourhood schools. We are okay with a small dog or cat. We have two suites in the basement of the house, both occupied by single individuals both very quiet and you will not even know they are there. Each has their own entrance and there is no shared space either in the house or in the backyard. We are planning to put the house under property management so you have a local contact for anything needed. We expect to leave two cars in the drive but that will still allow space for off street parking for one vehicle. Street parking is also easy to find. Our hope is to find a responsible family or couple who will be good neighbours and both enjoy and take care of the house. |
