| 1 spacious unfurnished bedroom available from January 15th (since Jan 01 has passed) in a 2-bedroom apartment. The room can comfortably fit 3 queen sized beds. I am a full-time project coordinator for a civil engineering company so I work Mondays to Fridays. The pictures attached show the space is unfurnished but it is furnished at the moment, except the room that you will be occupying. I am looking for a person that is respectful, tidy and good at communication as a housemate. I am open to viewing on Thursday, Friday and weekend evenings preferably. The Apartment is right in front of the a bus that takes you to UVic in 10 minutes. The room will cost $1100 per month due on the last day of the previous month.
