Short term rental only - min 3 month, max 5 months (suite not available after November 30). Acreage setting 10 minutes north of Vernon near Swan Lake. Gated property accessed on paved roads. Parking for one vehicle. Non smokers only. No pets. Must be okay with large dogs as we have 2 on the property. The rental would best fit someone who is away during the day as the carriage house is above the garage on an active hobby farm. Previous tenants were either working seasonally in the area or needing somewhere to stay while their permanent home was built/became available.
