| Subletting my 1 bedroom unit starting July 2nd (cannot be sooner than that… sorry) Rent: $2400/month This is centrally located in downtown Vancouver. Close to all the shopping, amazing restaurants, night life, tourist attractions, as well as transit. The building also has a small yet relaxing rooftop pool and lounge area for sun bathing and cooling off during hot summer days. (Pool only opens during summer season) The unit will be fully furnished and professionally cleaned before move in. Has a queen size bed, extra beddings, duvet, pillows, TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, plates, glasses, cutlery, even new bath towels, everything you need for a comfortable stay. No in-suite washer & dryer but there is a common laundry area in the building. All utilities included except for internet. If you want to include internet it will be plus $70 per month or you can sign up on your own with the many option of internet providers. Please note: The sofa in the living room photo will be a different one upon move in as it’s been badly damaged. So it will be a brand new sofa or love seat when you move in. Minimum stay is 1 month. And maximum will be 3 months. It can possibly extend up to 6 months depending on my work contract and condition. However for now, the maximum will be 3 months just to be on the safe side and prevent unnecessary expectations. I will require half a months rent for security deposit which of course will be returned to you upon move out considering that there’s no damages in the unit and furnitures/equipment. I would also need to ask a copy of a government issued ID. Full rent will be due before move in, and every first day of the month thereafter (if renting more than 1 month) no negotiations and/or late rent payment. Move out is no later than the end of the month. If you have any questions please send a message. However, I won’t respond to the generic “is this still available”?
