Approx. 10 minutes walk to Skytrain stations and Superstore. Minimum 6 months stay. Full bathroom is shared with a young female worker. Kitchen, living room and cable TV are shared with one more international student. WiFi and some utilities are included, you only pay 1/3 of this floor's Hydro bill and 1/5 of the house's Gas Bill (current monthly average: around $38 per person). .
