| I’m looking for a tenant replacement for the current room I’m renting hopefully for January or February 2025, it’s a spacious queen-sized bedroom with a private fridge and small den to put your luggage, fully furnished, and in suite laundry. The rent is $1600 + $20 for internet + 15% for hydro/electricity shared with two other tenants. It has a kitchenette provided with utensils and cutleries and two bathrooms. It’s 7 minutes walking distance from Main Street and 7 minutes to bus 3 to waterfront/marine drive and 25 to UBC/brentwood stop. Do keep in mind this is a female only accommodation. No pets on the premises |
