| We are looking for one roommate to share a three-bedroom house with two others already here. If you are looking to live is an amazing location, this is the place for you. Available Jan 1st is one furnished bedroom in a shared three-bedroom furnished house with great roommates. This room has an amazing view. The bedroom has a bed, desk, chair, lamps, and closet. The bathroom is shared with only one other person. This room is perfect for someone who wants to live somewhere special that is close to nature yet not really all that far from downtown. There is not enough room for a couple and no pets please. This is a great place to be if you are from out of town with only your personal things and need a fully furnished place. The views of the city are amazing from the kitchen, front room, and yard. There are huge windows along the entire south-facing wall of the front room. There is also a big, west-facing, sliding glass door from the front room to a great yard space that feels very cozy. From here it's a 6-minute drive to Park Royal shopping mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown Vancouver. Whistler is only a one and a half-hour drive away. Squamish is 45 minutes away. You can be skiing at Cypress Mountain in 20 minutes. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. From there it is a 20 minute ride on the bus to Park Royal on the 254 bus or a 35 minute ride to downtown on the bus. We will be looking for someone who will fit in well with the rest of the people who live here. This is a place for those who are looking for a more refined, quiet, tidy living environment where all household items are already present. This is a place you can call home and feels like home. A lot of effort went into making this house a great place to live. This is a quiet house, not a party house and not a house for gatherings but your guests will be welcome. This house is for you if you are tidy, calm, considerate, easy to get along with, positive, communicate well and are somewhat social. Heat and electricity bills are divided up each month between all housemates.
