| Super convenient location: Available for the whole month of July 2024 . This is a fully renovated house with new appliances and hardwood floors throughout. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed. This room has a bathroom shared with one other roommate (a woman, so females candidates preferred). Rent is $1250/month. Comfortable living room with fireplace, brand new kitchen and washer/dryer. The house is located on a block corner and is surrounded by many trees in a quiet neighbourhood. If you enjoy gardening there is garden space and patio on the back. There is plenty of parking space if you have a car. If not, public transportations is very easily accessed: Langara Canada Line Station is a 5 minute walk, Langara College is a 9 minutes walk. UBC is 35 minutes away by direct bus (#49), downtown waterfront is 20 minutes with Skytrain. There is a bike path just in front of the house. We are looking for responsible and quiet roommates who respect others privacy. References needed. We can accommodate short stays (1 month minimum). A deposit of half the rent is required on moving in. Internet, gas and electricity are included with the rent . No smoking, illicit substance use, or pets, sorry |
