The house is very large with space to relax featuring multiple living rooms. There's also a gym setup in the basement and it's only 1.5 blocks away from Lord Byng pool and walking distance to Jericho Beach. The rent is $1800 + utilities for one person and $2000 + utilities for a couple. Utilities cost $150/estimate month per person but everything is shared equally.
