| Hello everyone. Available Nov 1st, but could move in right away. We have a room for rent in a shared apartment. It is located on the ground floor on Cornwall Ave. right across from Kitsilano Beach (Arbutus St. and Cornwall Ave.) The room itself has a queen sized bed, a desk and a small closet. There are three other guys living here in their 30s and everyone works pretty normal hours. There is a laundry room in the building at $2 wash/dry. A nice patio out back that's used as a communal area with chairs and a table. The building is in an ideal spot and the location sells itself. The communal area is kept clean in the kitchen and bathroom where everything is stocked. The shower pressure is great and plenty of storage for food in the cupboards fridge. Right across the street is the Kitsilano Beach which has a swimming pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Very touristy and nice area. Bus stops right across the street in both directions going to either downtown or UBC. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and alot of beauty in Kitsilano. Happy home hunting everyone! |
