| Hello, we will have a private bedroom available in a 8-bedroom shared house. A shared bathroom and kitchen are on each floor. Couples are not accepted in this house, sorry. We're making every effort to keep the common spaces in the house thoroughly clean. If you are not confident in cleaning and tidying up, please do not apply. Rent: $820 Available date: January 1st (minimum 5 months) Room size: 3.1 x 2.7 m + closet (100 sqft) Furnished: single size bed, bedding, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, etc. Current housemates: 2 Japanese, 2 Canadians, 1 Korean, 1 Indian, Bangaladeshi (males/females and students/workers mixed) (average age: late 20s or around 30) Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, hydro, laundry (washing machine & dryer), cleaning items (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.) Address: 8095 St George St, Vancouver, BC V5X3S4 Shopping: it's very convenient because Superstore is located nearby (about a 5 min walk), and T&T Supermarket is at the SkyTrain station. Others: - Each room is assigned a cleaning duty by area - Each bedroom has an own door lock. - Please use cooking utensils such as dishes, pans, and pots freely - Security deposit = half of the rent - No pet, No smoking - Be quiet at night - You can bring friends to the house freely but the friend can only stay up to 6 nights a month since this is a shared house. Access: - 35 minutes from Waterfront Station (1 zone) - 10 minutes from Marine Dr Station by bus (#100 to [22nd St Station]) - Bus #8 brings you here from downtown (Waterfront Station) for 50 minutes without transferring (#N8 runs all night) - 20 minutes from Aberdeen Station, Richmond.
