| Looking for a roommate(single occupancy) to fill our lovely 3BR apartment, move-in 1st August! Rent : 1500CAD/pm Deposit: 750CAD Utilities : Not included(approx. 100 per month, including internet) Pets: no more pets, we already have a cat. Washer/Dryer: In suite Dishwasher, microwave: In-suite It's located on Victoria Drive, right by Trout Lake. Very close to bus No. 20 and a few blocks away from number 9, 99 buses(Perfect for commuting to UBC) and expo line stations Commercial-Broadway and Nanaimo Station. We're close to a lot of grocery stores, but away from all the noise and situated in a warm and friendly neighborhood. In the summer time, we get a Farmer's market in the Trout Lake park. The unit is a little bit furnished, but your room is completely unfurnished, hence looking for a long term roommate(at least a year). The Unit comes with an in-suite washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave and induction cooktop. You will be sharing the washroom with me, which comes with a beautiful bathtub. There is also a nice patio area attached to the living room. The building can provide parking space for whoever needs it. The building has a common lounge area and a party room. Its located near the Trout Lake community centre which has a gym and other sport options. We have an in unit cat named Pepper, she tolerates humans but not so much other animals, so no pets please! You will be sharing the apartment with Silver(27F), her boyfriend Antoine(24M) and Diksha(29F). We are looking for someone who is LGBTQ friendly.
