| This house has one of the best views on the North Shore. It is a beautiful living space that is shared with only two others in which one is out of town half the year. Living here is quiet. The place is always kept very tidy. This is only available for one person. It's perfect for someone from out of town who has only a couple of suitcases. This is a rare offering to live in such an amazing place. If I wasn't out of town so much I would not make this available. One lucky individual will get to enjoy living in paradise. This is my personal home so I'll be looking for someone who is gentle, kind, easy to get along with, tidy, and quiet. The big yard has two gazebos and two decks. The house is beautifully decorated.
