About the space: The bedroom (as pictured) can be furnished with a bed. My current roommate has her own bed so we have the twin bed available for occasional guests or movie nights. Lots of kitchen utensils so unless you want to, you dont need to bring anything. I work from home in a little office nook by the kitchen. About the location: Marpole area Conveniently located building near transit, corner store, coffee shop and restaurants. About the building: Professionally managed building in quiet neighbourhood. Coin operated laundry machines in building. Small under cover parking spot available $40 extra per month. No pets and no smoking. When you respond please give a little info about yourself.
