The unit includes a balcony, washer and dryer, a small den room for storage, and access to the top floor gym/media room/roof top garden and kitchen. Looking for someone to move in 1st December. I’m ideally looking for a pet-free, single female around the same age as me (32) who appreciates a quiet and calm space, isn’t a partier and doesn’t smoke. I’m a pretty chill person, happy to socialise but also happy to give my housemate personal space. Looking to rent to someone who can commit to at least 6 months. My current housemates are taking the furniture in the photos, so if you have your own and you think it’ll fit in the space, awesome. If not, we can work around it.
