The condo is a cozy flat located in the heart of the city (Davie and Burrard Street) so will be a leisurely stroll to many places in downtown, including the seawall. Davie Street has a wide range of eateries, supermarkets, cafes, stores etc. Move in date: July 1, 2024 (Monday) Monthly rent is 1,290 / Deposit is half the rent 645 All bills are included in the rent: Telus unlimited high-speed internet and wifi, gas, heating, electricity, water, condo maintenance, so there will be nothing additional It is a spacious bedroom with large windows and is fully furnished with the following: Queen bed, a large desk, swivel chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, clothes rack and extra closets in the hallway for storage Most bedrooms in downtown are quite small only fitting a bed and bed-stand with no further space. This bedroom is large and has enough space to do yoga or other exercises on the floor. I am looking for a reliable, clean housemate who would like to stay long term.
