| Looking for a roommate to share this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath apartment with for December 1. About the unit: The building is brand new (build last year) and I am the first tenant in this unit. The unit is incredibly spacious and bright (lots of windows!) and comes mostly furnished with couches, dining table, chairs, patio furniture. It is located in an extremely convenient location about a block from the sea bus station and the Lonsdale Shipyards. The building also comes equipped with a great gym, car & bike parking and storage (added cost if available) and communal room and patio with tons of space - great for hosting. The room opening up is pictured above and has its own private ensuite bathroom (not shared). My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and is also potentially offering to sell some of her current furniture in the room (pictured) if you would like. About me: My name is Alex, I work as a Senior Regulatory Coordinator at a consulting firm based in Yaletown. I very much follow the seasons and am outside at the beach, hiking, taking photos or hanging out with friends in the spring and summer, whereas during the winter I tend to be more of a homebody and spend a little bit more time with myself. I keep active by either going to the gym or cycling (with plenty of other small hobbies as well). Ideally, I’m looking for another human that values personal space as well but also enjoys spending time together and living in a clean shared space.
