| We are looking for someone to join us in the apartment downtown. The rent would be $1400 [plus hydro, wifi, and tenant insurance] for a private room [with a king sized bed]. The building has all the amenities of gym, indoor pool, and hot tub and has a 24/7 concierge service. It is 9 mins away from the Yaletown station. We would prefer females who are vegetarian.
