Excellent Location: - 5 mins walk to Ambleside beach - 15 mins to Downtown Vancouver by bus - 1 km away from Park Royal Mall - Bus stop is only a 3 min walk. - 15 mins to West Vancouver Secondary School by bus. Furniture includes: a brand new queen-size bed with four drawers, a nightstand, and a desk with four drawers and a closet. Laundry facilities are available within the building. The unit features thermostat-controlled baseboard heating. The rent includes everything: high-speed Wi-Fi, BC Hydro, hot water, gas, and maintenance fees. Available for rent from December 6, 2024. Female student only. It is $1200 per month. A damage deposit of $650 is required. The tenant must be clean and quiet. No smoking and no pets.
