| THIS IS A 2 MONTH SUBLET. Looking to sublet my room in a shared apartment from July 1st- Aug 31st. Price $2200 utilities included (minus laundry). ONLY FEMALES PLEASE/ UBC STUDENTS PREFERRED About the space: A beautiful and spacious apartment with big windows, letting in a lot of sunlight in the summer. The apartment is right off of Granville and is about a 45-minute bus ride to ubc campus, a 30-minute bus ride to downtown, and a 20 min walk to Marine Gate station. 2 minutes from the 10 bus stop to downtown. Parking is free on the street. There is a grocery store across the street, as well as a bank, gas station, and some restaurants. You have a room and a detached bathroom to yourself. My roommate only uses my bathroom to take a shower, as there’s only one shower in the apartment but otherwise she has her own bathroom. The living room and kitchen is also shared space. My roommate and I are very friendly and good with each other. We’re comfortable with one another bringing people over, but we’re also respectful of each other's space. I ride my horse in delta 2-3 times a week. I am a pretty social person, and enjoy going downtown on weekends (I am a huge fan of cowgirl Fridays at the yale! lol). I do drink on occasion (usually only when I'm going out). I also tend to have friends over before we go out, or the occasional girls' night in. So it would be ideal to room with someone similar. |
