| 1 bedroom available with 2 male 1 female roommates. All three of us are sober and we do not allow alcohol, marijuana or other drugs or substances in the house. We are looking for someone who is either sober or who doesn’t mind living in a sober house and will respect that. House is also LGBTQ friendly as two of us are gay. We are definitely not a party house but are looking for someone who will interact with us and be friends. House is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The room shares the upstairs bath with one other roommate. Room has large closet and built in drawers. The room has two windows. House has laundry in the unfinished basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Lots of storage in house as well. House sits on 1/4 acre and has large backyard, brick patio, greenhouse and raised garden beds. House also has a driveway for parking. The house is located right beside the Dunbar bus loop so super easy to get around by transit. House is pet friendly. Utilities and internet are between $90-$130 a month depending on hydro and gas usage.
