Please note that the following are non-negotiable: more than 2 persons, pets, less than 3 months term. No smoking inside or in close vicinity of the house, but OK in the back of the yard. Shared laundry. No in-person viewing of the suite until current tenant leaves, i.e., until Oct. 31st, but landlords live in the same house and will gladly show you the outside, and can send serious parties video taken prior to the recent tenant moving in.
