| Ground level suite. ~500 square feet. Suits 1-2 quiet persons. Queen size bed. Bedding, towels, pots and pans provided. $2300 per month, includes high speed internet and all utilities. Tenant pays for their phone only. Suite is under the deck (see the last picture), so you will hear rain and steps. Grocery store 3 blocks away. Bus stops (#20, #25, #33) 3-7 blocks away. Skytrain (Millennium line) 20 mins walk away. No smoking inside or in close vicinity of the house, but OK in the back of the yard. No pets. Please note that we cannot accommodate rentals shorter than 3 months. No in-person viewing, but you can meet us, the landlords, at the house (we live upstairs) and you can see the suite from the outside.
