| Cosy bedroom available located centrally in Coal Harbour for $1450/month utilities included. This room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and chair. The apartment has shared common space with 3 other tenants. One roommate is in the master bedroom with their own ensuite washroom while the 3 others including yourself will share the other washroom. I am assisting my landlord to reassign my room, ready to move in March 1. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am not able to fulfill the remainder of my agreement. I am on a 1 year agreement, which would be reassigned to you, pending the landlords approval. There could be a possibility for you to discuss modifying the length of stay with the landlord to a minimum of 6 months. Preference would be given to those who could stay the entire term.
