Private, bright, clean, comfortable furnished room in a shared garden level space, including use of small kitchen, full bathroom, living room and front garden space. Near Gateway skytrain station, bus routes, parks and shopping! Shared with two mature professionals. Features large closet, ample storage, own electric heat control, desk, garden view and comfortable furnishings. Must be a non-smoker, no alcohol/drugs, pets or overnight guests. Local rental and work references required. $980 per month; $540 security/cleaning deposit, + 50% hydro bi-monthly.
