Caretaker 24/24,7/7 on site and live in the building plus has an office located few doors down this very unit for rent here. You (' = foot measurement) **** *Be full time employed(at least one of you(couple) *Couple with a kid(absolutely)up to 2 kid, *Corner unit located on the second floor so kid room very quiet *Laundry across the unit in hall *Surrey central mall is basically 2 minutes walk *Surrey central station if walking through mall basically 5 minutes walk *Everything you can think of is few minutes to roughly 10 minutes walk from the unit. *It was built in 1984 so the unit is huge *Has a 4' by '4 by ceiling height storage in it *Hall closet *Master bedroom is huge I think 11' by 16' with huge closet that has mirror doors *Small room is about 11' by 10' *Huge balcony where you can install patio chairs/table easy if storing plastic containers do not pile up passed the edge Strata don't allow it.7' long by 3' wide balcony. *Absolutely no smoking inside and on balcony(strata rule for the balcony if you smoke another owner will report then its immediate evacuation(or 2000$ in fee) through the strata and not through landlord so tenancy will not help you. I try to be as clear as possible, *Underground gated parking spot included(if need extra parking Strata can provide one or more through a monthly fee but you get one included with your rent,ours. Great landlords here looking for great tenants. Be as clear as you can when replying to get a reply back, Its a very international land so mention your background also. Neighbors are owners and buddies so it would not be very smart doing wrong at the unit like extreme noise after 11h at night and before 6h00 in the morning also filling up the unit with more people that we allow you for. Rent=2400$/month Damage Deposit=1200$ Pet Deposit=500$ (small dog or one cat) NO UTILITY INCLUDED BUT THERE IS A GAS FIREPLACE THAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR MONTHLY STRATA FEE AND COST NOTHING TO YOU TO USE IF KEEPING ROOM DOORS OPEN IT WILL WARM UP THE WHOLE UNIT. UTILITY BILL FROM B.C. HYDRO WILL BE UNDER YOUR NAME.
