Open living room to be shared and good spacious kitchen with electric coolers. Shared ventilated Washroom with shower. Room itself is huge and open spacious to put bed your own sofa dressers or whatever you feel like to use the space for. It has a big wardrobe with big shelfs for personal belongings and hanging space inside. It’s a coach house with a green and nice backyard area with blueberries planted in acres. clean and tidy… Good parking area (you can see that in the video). The common shared areas are to be shared with a working mother and a son. You will experience complete privacy .Strictly no partying or no visitors or stay overs allowed. Rent includes water, Garbage and WI-FI. Gas and electricity will be additional. Weekends are the best days to visit the property although weekdays can also be available but in the evenings only |
