Heat, hot water are included as well as snow removal and garbage removal(2 bins on premesis that get removed weekly). Public transit stop directly in front of the building, a 5 min walk from Save on foods on the westside. This unit does have a patio, its the tenants responsibly to keep it clean and respectable. No B.B.Q' s are permitted on patios or within 3 meters of the building unfortunately. Shared coin operated laundry on main floor. There is ample green space to relax in with a gated backyard, lots of shade. We just ask tenants/guests not to touch/play with flowers/plants /rocks etc. We are a kid friendly building as well as cat friendly with a pet deposit, unfortunately no dogs at this time. This is a safe, clean, relatively quiet building with a low turnover rate. There is management full time on the premises. The rent for this unit is $1750/mo + D.D. and pet deposit if it applies as we are a cat friendly building.
