| 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with shower ground level of house fully furnished and available for a 5 month Term Rental from November 1 to April 1 Since the suite is at ground level it is very bright with a roomy feel. Located in a very nice and quiet area of Cultus Lake. You will have your own private covered patio with a fenced yard for your exclusive use. Washer and dryer in suite. Private entrance with keyless entry. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, dresser, high-boy and smart TV Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a dresser. Room #3 is a bonus room and is not furnished. Living room area has a reclining leather couch with smart TV so bring your Netflix. The covered back patio does have a Weber bbq for you to use. The suite Does NOT have a stove! There are two induction cooktops, a pressure pot, rice maker, microwave, kettle and most necessities. If you are looking to cook a turkey , this place is not for you. Conditions: No pets, sadly I allowed pets previously and regretted doing it. Parking available on property for MAXIMUM 2 vehicles. No parties whatsoever. As owners will be living upstairs we are looking for quiet, clean and respectful tenants.
