Non-smoker, no pets (smoke-free building). En-suite laundry; access to gym, amenities room (can be rented for a small fee for events/gatherings), and games' room (pool/darts). High-speed Internet, basic cable, Netflix/Amazon/Crave included. Bus stop with community shuttle in front of the building. Five minutes to Columbia train station, walking distance to amenities and the Quay. Sushi/pizza place/corner market/nail salon two minutes walk. May be able to arrange for secure underground parking. Looking into purchasing a double bed rather than a single if necessary. Looking for a long-time renter starting January 1st, 2025.
