Its a very spacious apartment with a spacious kitchen. We are a couple that occupies the other room. We are mostly home and love our privacy, We are looking for responsible roommates that will respect that and keep the house like a home. We are very big on keeping the house (common areas) clean, it’s very important for us. $1400 for one person. $1500 for a couple. Utilities not included.
