No yard, but a short walk to parks and trails and only a couple minutes drive to Departure Bay, Piper's Lagoon and Neck Point Park. The ceiling has been professionally soundproofed to dampen noise from upstairs. Rent includes heat, hydro, city services, shared laundry, and off-street parking.
